If you count the Christmas lights on your home in the hundreds, not thousands, Suzanne Aubin McPherson's got one up on you.
Or rather, she's got 15,000 up. McPherson sent in some photos of her Christmas lights up on a one-acre lot in West Lincoln.
McPherson said she and her husband, Scott, built their house in 2008. Before that, they were renting. Their Christmas light fascination really took off with the new property.

McPherson said someone cut some of the strings of lights on their house last year. This year, they're back and brighter than ever — 15,000 compared to last year's 14,000, with five new plywood characters that Suzanne and Scott cut out and painted by hand.
'If that's all I could look at, if that's all I would have for Christmas, I would be happy," she said. "It's just peaceful. Some people might think it's too busy, but to us it's peaceful."
