Halton regional police say they believe a pair of thieves who used a cement saw to break into a bank machine are responsible for break-ins in several southern Ontario communities, including Hamilton.

Police say two suspects pried open the front doors of a pharmacy in Burlington last Friday and then used the large gas cement saw to gain entry into an ATM.

The suspects fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash from the machine.

Investigators believe the same suspects are linked to similar incidents in Hamilton, London and Windsor.

The first suspect is described as five-foot-nine to 5-11, 160 to 190 pounds, while the second is six-feet to six-foot-two, and 250 to 280 pounds.

Investigators say both wore a black head covering which concealed the face and neck, black gloves, and black pants.
