GO Transit isn't reporting any serious disruptions on lines linking to Hamilton this morning. The Hamilton GO Centre 6:12 a.m. to Union Station 7:25 a.m. train was delayed by 6 minutes, but is moving now.
Here are the collisions and problems police are reporting this morning:
- Traffic congestion on Rymal Road East and Fletcher Road. 8:22 a.m.
- A collision on Barton Street West. 7:59 a.m.
- QEW Toronto bound before Appleby Line, Burlington: 4 vehicle collision on the left shoulder, no injuries. 7:33 a.m.
- Highway 8 near Lynden Road, Flamborough: Car and deer collision on the shoulder, no injuries. 4:50 a.m.
It's another cold morning, and it's not going to get much warmer today. Expect a high of – 4 C. On the upside, at least it will be mainly sunny through most of the day.
Expect increasing cloudiness this afternoon and then a 30 per cent chance of flurries later this afternoon. The wind comes out of the west at 20 km/h this afternoon. UV index 5 or moderate.

Tens of millions of dollars along with the fate of more than a dozen Hamilton neighbourhoods are at stake as public school trustees begin debate Monday on a sweeping set of proposals to close schools in hopes of funding new replacements.
Monday's board meeting begins a two-month countdown to a major May 26 vote on a plan that recommends the closure of a total of 10 elementary schools across the city and the replacement or expansion of several others.
