A cyclist was seriously injured after a morning collision with a vehicle on Tuesday.

The 80-year-old cyclist collided with a 2012 Lexus on Osler Drive in Dundas at about 11:18 a.m. The cyclist was sent to hospital with serious and life-threatening injuries, according to the police.

The Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing the investigation. Police ask any witnesses who have not spoken to police to contact Det./Cst. Hendrik Vandercraats at 905.546.4755 or Det./Cst. Wes Wilson at 905.546.4753.
