The QEW near Centennial Parkway has reopened after a morning crash that sent four people to hospital.

Just before 6 a.m., Hamilton Paramedics responded to a two-car crash on the QEW Toronto-bound lanes at Burlington Street. Two adults sustained serious head injuries and went to Hamilton General Hospital in critical condition. Two other adults went to hospital in stable condition with minor injuries.

All Toronto-bound lanes at Centennial Parkway, including the north and southbound on-ramps, were closed for about four hours while tow trucks cleared the scene.
