Fatal motorcycle accident on 403 Thursday morning

A male motorcyclists was pronounced dead on scene after a collision with a truck on the 403 during the Thursday morning commute.

The age of the male is not yet known, said EMS duty commander James Summers.

The accident happened around 8 a.m., according to the OPP.

Summers said EMS crews are still on scene waiting for the coroner to arrive.

All lanes and both on-ramps at Aberdeen Ave. to the 403 are closed for the investigation, said the OPP. Sgt. Dave Woodford said lanes could be closed for two to three hours.
