Canada is colourful, especially in the summer, when the flowers are in bloom and people don their bright warm-weather duds.

Hamiltonian smartphone shutterbugs captured some of those hues on Monday, the 146th anniversary of Canadian confederation. (Red and white made more than a few appearances.)
