Hamilton's Poor Angus has launched into the semi-finals of the CBC Music Searchlight competition, but the band still need your votes.

So on Friday morning, vocalist Joel Guenther and bassist DJ Moons will be stopping by CBC Hamilton for a live interview and performance. If you have any questions or comments for the band, send them to us on Twitter @CBCHamilton.

Check back at 11:30 a.m. on Friday to hear stripped down renditions of their Celtic-influenced tunes. And while you're at it, head over to the voting page to cast your vote.
