Things looked grim for two periods on the ice, but the St. John's IceCaps made up for it in the third —scoring three goals to erase a 3-1 deficit and win 4-3 over the Hamilton Bulldogs Saturday night at Mile One Centre.
The IceCaps trounced the Bulldogs 5-0 on Friday night.
Eric O'Dell scored two goals in the final frame, including the tying marker with 2:07 to go, and Josh Lunden completed the comeback with 26 seconds left in last night's game. O'Dell finished with three points, while Mark Dekanich picked up his second straight win with a 16-save performance.
Ray Sawada scored the other St. John's tally and Kael Mouillierat chipped in with a pair of assists.
The IceCaps sold out their 70th consecutive game Saturday night.
