Michael Bournival scored three times in the third period for the Hamilton Bulldogs in a 4-2, come-from-behind win over the Houston Aeros in American Hockey League play Saturday night.
It's the fourth win in a row for Hamilton (19-24-6).
Defenceman Grey Pateryn opened the scoring for the Bulldogs in the first period. Houston (26-19-7), which had a four-game winning streak end, took the lead in the second period with goals from Chad Rau and Justin Fontaine.
Bournival tied the game on the power play at 4:20 of the third period, added the winner at 15:58, and completed the hat trick with a short-handed empty netter at 19:30.
Hamilton's Dustin Tokarski made 24 saves, while his Houston counterpart Matt Hackett stopped 29 shots.
The Bulldogs were 1 for 3 on the power play, and shut down all seven Houston power plays.
