Man chased by armed attackers in Hamilton's east end

Three people are in custody after chasing down a man and pulling a gun on him in the east end Saturday morning, police say.

Just before 6 a.m., police were called to the area of Melvin Avenue and Parkdale Avenue North.

Police say a man reported being chased by two men and one woman — one of whom pulled a gun on him.

Officers arrived and arrested the men and the woman. No charges have yet been laid. The investigation is ongoing.
