The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are set to play most of their 2013 season at the University of Guelph.
The Hamilton Spectator reported Tuesday the team and the university agreed the Ticats will play all nine of their regular season games, as well as one exhibition game, at Alumni Stadium.
The stadium just underwent a $4.5 million dollar renovation and currently holds 7,500 spectators. By the time the Ticats begin their season, the capacity should increase to between 12,000 and 15,000.
Alumni Stadium is currently home to the Guelph Gryphons.
More to come.
