It's a brisk and cool one this morning, so bundle up as you're leaving the house. It should creep up a little closer to 0 C today, eventually.
Commuters and people on the 403 should expect delays to linger as crews continue to repair a hilly section by York Boulevard that was washed out by a water main break on Friday.
If you need gas today, the cheapest price in the area is 102.9 at the Costco at 100 Legend Court near Golf Links Road in Ancaster.
Drivers coming eastbound to Hamilton should keep in mind that York Boulevard is closed over the High Level Bridge and the 403 westbound ramp to York is closed for too.
One lane of the 403 headed to Toronto between Main and York closes at 9 a.m. to give crews more room to help with repairs.
Here's what police are reporting on the roads:
- Collision: Upper Paradise Road and Skyview Drive. 8:10 a.m.
- Collision: Hwy 8 and Hwy 5, Peters Corners, Flamborough: two vehicles blocking the right lane in the roundabout, no injuries. 7:30 a.m.
Today's forecast calls for mainly cloudy skies with a 40 per cent chance of flurries this afternoon. Wind becoming east 20 km/h this morning. High 0 C.
Tonight will be cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of flurries or rain showers. Wind east 20 km/h becoming light early this evening. Wind becoming southwest 20 gusting to 40 after midnight. Temperature steady near 2 C.
Expect flurries Wednesday and a temperature around 1 C.

A woman pleaded guilty in Hamilton court, and received a suspended sentence and an order to get counselling, after her husband's body was left rotting in a bedroom of their home because his family thought he would rise from the dead.
Kaling Wald was also given probation of 18 months when she appeared in court Monday on Coroner's Act charges of failing to notify police or the coroner that Peter Wald had died from an illness that wasn't being treated.
And a guy who asked for socks and underwear in a memorable WestJet video last Christmas has a new, Carribean counterpart: The guy who wants a horse.
This year's instalment — the third in what WestJet calls the "blue Santa trilogy" — brings the airline's yuletide attention to a community in Dominican Republic called Nuevo Renacer. Airline staff have been visiting that community for several years, volunteering to build houses there, in partnership with Hamilton non-profit organization Live Different.
