Christina Noudga will be released on $100,000 bail. Her bail hearing ended late Friday morning in Hamilton, Ont. Noudga is charged as an accessory after the fact in the murder of Tim Bosma in 2013.
Noudga, 22, of Etobicoke, will be wearing an ankle bracelet that will track her movements and will be under house arrest. She will be allowed outside her home to go to work or to attend school. Her parents have agreed to be responsible for the $100,000 bail amount if she defaults.
Bosma's remains were found charred beyond recognition on a Waterloo farm shortly after he left his Ancaster, Ont. home on a test drive, while trying to sell his truck online.
Millard, 28, and Mark Smitch, 26, of Oakville, are in prison on first-degree murder charges.

Last week, Noudga was in a Hamilton courtroom for three consecutive days in an extensive bail hearing, the details of which are under a publication ban.
Noudga's parents, Maxam and Emily Noudga, were at all of last week's bail hearing proceedings. Noticeably absent, at the request of the Crown, was Bosma's widow, Sharlene, who has attended nearly every court appearance related to her husband's murder.

Noudga is the third person charged in Bosma's death. The Ancaster man went missing on May 6, 2013. His remains were found on a farm purchased by Millard.
The truck Bosma was trying to sell was found on Millard's mother's home in Kleinburg, Ont.
Millard has also been charged in the death of a missing Toronto woman, Laura Babcock, 23, and his father, Wayne — both of whom were killed in 2012.
Smich has also been charged in the murder of Babcock, who went missing in the summer of 2012.

Friends and family described Tim Bosma as a kind-hearted man who was 'generous with laughs and love.' The 32-year-old was found dead in May 2013. (Facebook)
In a previous interview, Crown Attorney Anthony Leitch said the charge against Noudga relates to an allegation that she tried to help Millard "escape" on May 9, 2013.
He would not elaborate as to what was meant by escape, or from whom.
Police had at one time speculated there was a third person involved in Bosma's abduction and slaying, but Leitch said Noudga likely had no part in it.
Millard and Mark Smich, 26, of Oakville, have been held in jail since being charged with first-degree murder in Bosma's death.
