Crews transported four people to hospital after a two-vehicle collision in Flamborough.

The crash took place before 7 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of Brock Road and Concession 6.

Paramedics rushed two adults and two children to hospital, said Hamilton police spokeswoman Debbie McGreal-Dinning.

Ian Wright, a commander with the Hamilton Paramedic Service, said one of the children sustained "critical injuries," while the other was in serious condition.

Both the adult victims sustained "serious" injuries.

The intersection is closed in all directions for a cleanup and police investigation on Thursday morning.
