Canadiens ready for Tampa series 2:08

The NHL's Stanley Cup Playoffs are set to begin Wednesday night with an all-Eastern Conference double-header.

The Habs will be the lone Canadian content in this year's post season, and will start the series in Florida after a late season slip in the standings.

Meanwhile, Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins will host the Columbus Blue Jackets at the same time Wednesday night.

With both Hockey Night in Canada games available to stream online, it's time for fans to get into to playoff mode: dual screens and no razors from here on out.

Montreal Canadiens at Tampa Bay Lightning – 7:00 p.m. ET

After a dismal performance in last year's playoffs, Carey Price will have a tough opponent to try and redeem himself in the Tampa Bay Lighting.

The former Hamilton Bulldog should be well rested – he's spent 2 ½ weeks on the sidelines with a lower-body injury he suffered in the Olympics, but has gone 8-3-0 since in his return.

The recently repaired Steven Stamkos will lead the charge against Price and the bleu blanc et rouge and will have to play tight defense with No. 1 goalie Ben Bishop out with an elbow injury.

The game starts at 7 p.m., but coverage kicks off at 6:30 p.m. Click here to watch the stream.

Columbus Blue Jackets at Pittsburgh Penguins – 7:00 p.m. ET

The status of Pittsburgh sniper Evgeni Malkin remains questionable for the opening of the Penguins series against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

It will be just the second post-season appearance for Columbus, who earned the East's first wildcard spot, but will be without Nathan Horton who is out six weeks with abdominal surgery.

Pittsburgh, meanwhile, won the Metropolitan Division with 109 points and will have a lot of pressure to perform this year after being swept by the Boston Bruins in last year's East Final. A lot of attention will be on Marc-Andre Fleury, who has gone 14-16 with an .880 save percentage since winning the cup in 2009.

The game starts at 7 p.m., but coverage kicks off at 6:30 p.m. Click here to watch the stream.
