Police seek two suspects after vehicle break-ins on Hamilton Mountain

Police are looking for two suspects in connection with a series of vehicle break-ins that took place early on Saturday morning.

Between about 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m., witnesses saw two people breaking into cars near the intersection of Fennell Avenue East and East 34th Street.

Police say a resident approached the duo. After a short struggle, the suspects fled the area.

The suspect descriptions are as follows:

Suspect One — White, male, in his early 20s, five feet seven inches tall, brown eyes, with short dark hair and a scruffy, unshaven face, wearing black track pants and white running shoes.
Suspect Two — Medium build, between five feet nine inches and six feet tall, wearing a black hoodie and black sweat pants.

Police ask people with information about this incident to call Division Three detectives at 905-546-4931 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
